John D. Beran was born in San Antonio Texas, graduated High School from Texas Military Institute, and majored in Business at the University of Texas in Austin. He currently resides in Fallbrook with his wife, Cheryl, and their 18 year old daughter, Rosey, who just graduated from Fallbrook High School.

Mr. Beran has been active in Real Estate for 25 years as both a Developer and a Real Estate Broker, and specializes in North County Coastal Properties.

He has been honored as Realtor Of The Decade, and Top Producer for thirteen consecutive years, for Ranch and Sea Realty & ERA Ranch & Sea Realty, with offices in Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, Oceanside, Carlsbad, La Costa, Poway, Aliso Viejo and San Clemente.

Mr. Beran was President of Beran´s Nurseries, a commercial, wholesale nursery located in Encinitas, CA. He served as the Board of Realtors Director and sat on many committees. He was a candidate for the North San Diego County Area Planning Group, and served as an Advisory Council Member to the California Commission on Agriculture's Pesticide Committee. He is an Oceanside and Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce member, and served as Building Committee Chair and Council President for Christ the King Lutheran Church in Fallbrook. In addition, John is active in numerous Civic and Philanthropic Organizations.
